Events will include:
Saturday morning: “Second Saturday Spruce-Up” at White Rock Lake
Saturday afternoon: “Put your Pennies in the Pot” at Potbelly Sandwiches, a fundraiser for kids’ parks and playgrounds in Dallas, with live music for kids
Sunday: Make a Meal – Share a Meal
Monday: Neighborhood “Alex’s Lemonade” stands to raise money for Children’s Cancer Research
“Turn the Lights Off Tuesday” – no driving + no lights + no bath = fun at home for the Earth!
Wednesday: Free Family Music Class for you and the elderly residents at Presbyterian Village North
Thursday: “Can We Fill a CANoe?” Canned food drive
Friday: Book Drive and Free Family Music Class at Audelia Road Public Library
Saturday : School Supply Drive at Fuddruckers
Join us for one event or all of them! Participate from near or far. I’ll be posting ways for you to participate at home, too. I’ll also be posting song, book, and activity ideas to enhance the learning fun, family and brain connections.
