Back by Popular Demand: “Race To Nowhere”

In case you missed it when we saw it in November, this powerful Mommy-doc is being shown again. This time I will be on the discussion panel that follows! This is a  thought-provoking film, important for “intentional” parents as we strive to raise happy, healthy, well-rounded children in our fast-paced, achievement-based society; as we strive to keep them grounded in what really matters in a culture that cares about results! When we saw it in November, I was glad to be made aware of these issues before my children enter elementary school, but it is even more crucial for parents of older children.
